Standard components typically ship within 3-5 business days. Full simulator packages and custom enclosures may require 2-3 weeks for processing and freight delivery due to their size and weight.
Do you offer professional installation services?
While our DIY enclosures are designed for easy assembly, we do partner with professional installers in select regions. Please contact our support team to see if installation services are available in your area.
What is your return policy on launch monitors and software?
Hardware such as launch monitors can be returned within 30 days if unopened and in original packaging. Please note that golf simulation software is non-refundable once the license key has been activated.
Can I use real golf balls with your impact screens?
Yes, our high-performance impact screens are specifically engineered to withstand the velocity of real golf balls. For maximum longevity, we recommend using clean, unmarked balls and avoiding scuffed hardware.
