We want you to be fully satisfied with your indoor golf setup; if you are not, we offer a 30-day return policy for most unused equipment and accessories. Please note that certain custom hitting mats and software products may be subject to specific manufacturer restrictions.

Request an RMA
Contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.
Pack Your Gear
Securely pack your items and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box to prevent delays in processing.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
